We are keen to engage with the local community and obtain people’s views on the Boston Alternative Energy Facility proposal, so that where possible we can address these points before we finalise our plans and submit our application.
As part of the phase four consultation we are distributing a copy of the newsletter to approximately 32,800 residents and businesses in the Boston Borough Council Area. As part of the consultation we’re hosting two webinars and holding a telephone surgery.
We are holding a further round of informal consultation in July through to September 2020, which provides an opportunity for you to let us know what you think of the proposed changes to the scheme. We’ll listen to your feedback and, where relevant and appropriate, we will use it to finalise the plans for Boston Alternative Energy Facility before submission of the consent application.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are unable to hold public information days as we have for previous phases of consultation. Instead we are hosting two webinars and for those without access to a computer we are offering a telephone surgery. Details of when the webinars and telephone surgery are taking place and how to sign up for them are detailed here
You can also read the newsletter which is being distributed to Boston Borough Council residents here and complete an online survey about the proposed changes to the scheme here [link to follow].
